Its construction combines high-quality injection-moulded composite polymer with a stainless steel nozzle tip. This design increases the durability of stressed components while offering improved resistance to cooling during operation of the gas system. At the heart of the design is the RA-TECH Magnetic Locking system working together with NPAS adjustment. The system allows the amount of gas used for each shot to be adjusted, thereby regulating muzzle velocity and power according to the requirements of a particular setup or site limits. The design also focuses on more efficient gas use, more consistent muzzle velocity between individual shots and smooth BB feeding. The Type 3 designation does not refer to the construction of the nozzle itself. The nozzle, its internal components, steel tip and magnetic NPAS system are identical in the Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 variants. The only difference is the included NPAS adjustment tool. Type 1 is supplied without a tool, Type 2 includes a simple L-shaped bent key, while this Type 3 variant includes a universal articulated adjustment tool. Its longer handle and joint make it easier to access the adjustment mechanism, making it the most convenient option for users who do not already own a RA-TECH adjustment tool.
