CNC Piston Head A1 made of aluminum by RetroArms on precise CNC machining machines. With a total of 6 pressure holes, this piston head is designed for optimal pressure on the sealing ring and excellent performance. Don’t forget the correct adjustment of AOE.

The centering ring brings several advantages:

• Reduces friction of the piston head in the cylinder
• Significantly extends the life of the cylinder
• Minimizes wear on the edge of the piston head

The piston head is equipped with an axial bearing that effectively prevents spring twisting, reducing the risk of its breakage. This aluminum piston head is constructed robustly, making it suitable even for use with the strongest M210 springs.
For optimal performance, we recommend lubricating the sealing elements with Teflon grease.
Be very careful not to clog the pressure holes, as it could result in unexpectedly low piston head performance.
Similarly, the axial ball bearing should be lubricated.
