MAVERICK-IV 1×20 Red Dot Sight
The MAVERICK-IV 1×20 by Vector Optics is a compact and rugged red dot sight, perfect for both live fire and airsoft use. The 3 MOA red dot covers a spot roughly the size of a lighter at 100 yards (91.4 m), allowing quick and accurate aiming. It offers 10 brightness settings suitable for all lighting conditions. The rubberized housing ensures a secure grip and protects against scratches and impacts. It includes a killflash (honeycomb filter) to reduce glare and protect the lens from damage—ideal for airsoft where BB impacts can crack optics. The 41 mm mount height offers a lower 1/3 co-witness with standard iron sights. According to the manufacturer, this optic can handle recoil up to .308 Win. Side battery tray allows easy replacement without the need to re-zero the optic. Gen4 now also features digital brightness control and an enhanced LED for better performance.

Warning
The included killflash provides one-time protection against hits and lens penetration from medium distances. Full lens protection by killflash cannot be guaranteed when hit from a distance of 5–10 meters, depending on the weapon’s velocity. After each hit, the killflash must be replaced to maintain its protective function (a replacement killflash is listed in the recommended accessories). For higher lens protection during airsoft, we recommend purchasing a hardened protective lens for red dot sights with a 28–30 mm objective lens from Vector Optics. While it is also single-use, it is more durable than a killflash.
