Heavy brass shims used to adjust the AOE (Angle of Engagement) of the piston gear and simultaneously load the piston are available in thicknesses of 0.5/1/2 mm.
These shims are specially designed for correcting the angle of engagement with additional weight, making them ideal for situations where higher power (2J plus ) is expected, and heavier ammunition (0.36 plus g) is used, especially in DMR and similar builds.
An essential prerequisite is adequate air volume in the cylinder in optimal proportion to the barrel length.
Weights of individual shims:
- 2 mm – 4.4 g
The package contains 3 shims of the selected thickness.
