The magazine is held in the FastMag pouch solely through polymer retention using two elastic bands around the entire pouch, allowing quick insertion and removal without the need for additional securing. Attachment is achieved via MOLLE webbing, ensuring stable mounting and easy attachment to a plate carrier or belt.
