Installation and recommended tightening torques

• Attach the Osight R red dot sight to the ORL-121 mount using the four supplied M3 screws. The manufacturer specifies a maximum tightening torque of 12 in-lb per screw. Do not exceed this torque.
• Then position the mount at the desired location on the RIS rail and secure it using the M5 screw of the steel clamp. The maximum specified tightening torque for the M5 screw is 43 in-lb. Observing the specified torque helps ensure secure attachment without unnecessarily overloading the threads and mounting components.
• Warning: Do not disassemble the mount or expose it to temperatures above 70 °C, salt water or corrosive liquids. Keep small mounting components out of reach of children. The manufacturer states that wear caused by use in salt water is not covered by the warranty.
