ORGA believes, Bushings are the most important part in AEG mechanics. We customize more than a 1000 AEGs a year (Mechanics) and we are reminded of this on a daily basis. Conducting daily upgrades and repairs in our ORGA custom shop has led us to the creation of these custom bushings.
ORGA Custom Bushings mentality:
– a thinner flange
– more precise gear shaft circumference and diameter
– does not protrude too far from the gearbox
– made of a higher quality material
We have produced a set of bearings that would meet these requirements. The bearings are made from reinforced heat treated stainless steel (sus420)
