It uses patented LED lens and IR sensor technology to deliver highly precise readings. Compared to previous versions, it features a larger 36 mm measuring tube, suitable for wider airgun and airsoft barrels.The 240×240 color LCD display clearly shows velocity, ROF, energy in Joules, BB weight, and more. It includes a memory of the last 25 shots and auto shut-off when idle or running on low battery. You can power the unit with 4 AA batteries or via USB-C cable (not included), allowing charging from a wall outlet or power bank. It also includes a 1/4-20 UNC tripod mount for stable setup.Its plastic construction is rugged yet compact – perfect for both field and range use. BT version (Bluetooth) includes connectivity to the AceSoft mobile app (Android/iOS) for convenient data viewing on your phone.

Tips for Accurate Measurement

Use high-quality BBs of consistent weight (commonly 0.20 g).
Always wear eye protection (including observers).
Place the chrono on a stable surface and shoot straight through the center of the measuring tube from short range.
Ensure there is a safe backstop behind the chrono (no people, animals, or breakable property).
Fire at least 3 shots to obtain an accurate average.
After using gas-powered replicas, clean the sensors more frequently as per instructions.
