<p><strong>Original Pakistani Patu</strong> (or Patoo) is traditionally made from heavy sheep wool that warms in cold mountains and protects against sun and dust. In Pashto (language of Pashtuns in Afghanistan and Pakistan), <em>”patu”</em> literally means blanket or shawl. However, it is not just a piece of clothing, in local culture it is a symbol of identity and survival in harsh mountain conditions. Our Patu is a <strong>lightweight cotton version</strong> that is <strong>more breathable and comfortable</strong> for year-round wear, while still maintaining the <strong>original look</strong> and <strong>embroidered patterns</strong>. Essentially, it is a <strong>shawl / narrow blanket</strong> measuring <strong>240 × 125 cm</strong>, which keeps you warm on cold evenings, protects from summer sun and dust, and also serves as part of a costume for <strong>LARP</strong> or <strong>MilSim</strong> airsoft events. In Pakistan, men commonly wear it together with a <a href=”https://www.anareus.cz/gb/vyhledavani?controller=search a search_query=pakul a submit_search=” target=”_blank”><strong>traditional Pakul</strong></a> and use it to protect themselves from changing mountain weather. In airsoft, you can use it as a <strong><a href=”https://www.anareus.cz/gb/563-domorode-kostymy” target=”_blank”>native costume</a> for roles of mountaineers, insurgents or civilians</strong> at events such as <strong>OP Lizzard, El Protector</strong> or <strong>Kandahar</strong> by <strong><a href=”https://www.airsoftwars.cz/cz/” target=”_blank”>Airsoftwars</a></strong>. At our <strong>ANAREUS</strong> store, we tested that thanks to its size, the shawl can <strong>discreetly cover even a smaller rifle</strong> and a <a href=”https://www.anareus.cz/gb/830-chest-rigy” target=”_blank”>chest rig</a> with magazines.</p>
