M.A.C.H.O.S. v2020 Mounting System for Thermal Devices and NVG
Looking for a fully modular mounting system that allows you to use your thermal device OWLSET ARGON ES 1.2×10 safely, comfortably and ergonomically — or even two thermal devices or NVG at the same time? Want adjustability for fore/aft positioning, interpupillary distance and angle, all with absolute stability? Need a system that keeps the device closer to your head, reduces neck strain, and ensures perfect optical alignment for bino configurations? Then the M.A.C.H.O.S. system (Mission Adaptive Combat Helmet Optics System) is the ideal mount for you. The updated v2020 version brings improved arms, more precise diopter-axis alignment, smooth folding with adjustable tension, expanded fore-aft options and wider compatibility with NVG, thermal devices and other optics. The package includes two connector PETG rails for the OWLSET ARGON ES 1.2×10 (VEOT-MC06) — one pre-installed and one spare. If you want to run two thermal devices, you will need to purchase an additional side adapter. Aside from the PETG connector rail, the entire assembly is made from precision CNC-machined 6061 aluminum, making it lightweight, durable and free of unwanted play. Your optics remain perfectly aligned even during dynamic movement. The M.A.C.H.O.S. system is designed as a universal, fast-adjustable and highly adaptable platform that adjusts to you, your gear and your mission requirements. On the top of the base you’ll find a DOVETAIL plate compatible with NVG mounting arms such as Wilcox L3 / L4G24 and their replicas.
