Opening and Closing with Easy Lock System
Opening:a) Standard swing (vertical, diagonal, upward) until the tubes lock together.b) Pulling from the tip.c) Automatic opening using the supplied BHT-55 holster, where the baton extends automatically when drawn (the mechanism can be removed from the holster).
Closing:Press the button on the handle end, then manually push the baton closed.
Warnings
Never close the baton by striking its tip without pressing the release button (as with Friction Lock models). This will damage the locks.
Due to the Easy Lock button on the handle, accessories cannot be mounted (except inspection mirrors).
