The VELCRO base remains, and only the light module with the rubber casing needs to be replaced.
Instructions for Use
Attach the strobe to the VELCRO panel on your gear.
Switch between modes by pressing the button.
Choose from 4 modes: off, fast flashing, slow flashing, constant on.
