Micro MOSFET III by JeffTron
The Micro MOSFET is a professionally designed minimalistic electronic switch without active braking. It replaces standard mechanical current switching through trigger contacts, eliminating contact arcing and extending their lifespan while increasing circuit efficiency. The result is higher rate of fire and longer battery runtime compared to standard wiring. This is a compact module recommended especially for experienced technicians and service providers, as it requires advanced knowledge of AEG replicas for installation.
Types of JeffTron MOSFET Units
MOSFET II – External mosfet designed for springs up to M210.
Micro MOSFET III – Compact external mosfet for springs up to M170.
AEP MOSFET – Smallest external mosfet for AEP pistols and SMGs.
MOSFET V2 – Internal mosfet for V2 gearbox to save space in stock/handguard, for springs up to M170.
MOSFET V3 – Internal mosfet for V3 gearbox to save space in stock/handguard, for springs up to M170.
AR MOSFET – Micro MOSFET III powered directly via T-Dean connector, saves space, for V2 trigger contacts and springs up to M170.
AK MOSFET – Micro MOSFET III powered directly via T-Dean connector, saves space, for V3 trigger contacts and springs up to M170.
Key Features
Power supply: Up to 17 V (NiMH 8.4–12 V, LiPo 7.4–14.8 V)
Contact protection: No trigger contact arcing
No idle power consumption: Doesn’t drain battery when idle
Simple solution without active braking: Piston stops in random position during burst fire
Requires functional mechanical gearbox components: Cut-off lever, cam, anti-reversal latch, etc.
