MOSFET II by JeffTron
The MOSFET is a professionally designed electronic switch without active braking. It replaces traditional mechanical current switching through trigger contacts, which prevents arcing and extends their lifespan, while also increasing electrical efficiency. The unit helps achieve higher rate of fire and longer battery life compared to standard wiring. This compact module is designed for advanced technicians and service centers, as installation requires thorough knowledge of AEG replicas.
Types of JeffTron MOSFET Units
MOSFET II – External MOSFET for springs up to M210.
Micro MOSFET III – Small external MOSFET for springs up to M170.
AEP MOSFET – Smallest external MOSFET for AEP pistols and SMGs.
MOSFET V2 – Internal V2 gearbox MOSFET for spring up to M170, saves space in stock/handguard.
MOSFET V3 – Internal V3 gearbox MOSFET for spring up to M170, saves space in stock/handguard.
AR MOSFET – Micro MOSFET III powered directly from T-Dean plug, for V2 triggers, up to M170.
AK MOSFET – Micro MOSFET III powered directly from T-Dean plug, for V3 triggers, up to M170.
Key Features
Power supply: up to 17 V (NiMH 8.4–12 V, LiPo 7.4–14.8 V)
Contact protection: Trigger contacts do not arc
No idle current: Does not draw power when idle
Simple design without active braking: Piston stops in random position after bursts
Requires functional mechanical parts in gearbox: Cut-off lever, cam, anti-reversal latch, etc.
