MOSFET II by JeffTron
This MOSFET is a professionally designed electronic switch without active braking, replacing traditional mechanical trigger contacts. It eliminates contact arcing, prolonging their lifespan and increasing electrical efficiency of the AEG circuit. The device helps achieve higher rate of fire and longer battery life compared to standard wiring. This is a compact module made primarily for experienced technicians and service professionals, as installation requires advanced knowledge of AEG replicas.
Types of MOSFET Units by JeffTron
MOSFET II – External MOSFET for springs up to M210.
Micro MOSFET III – Small external MOSFET for springs up to M170.
AEP MOSFET – The smallest external MOSFET for AEP pistols and SMGs.
MOSFET V2 – Internal MOSFET for V2 gearboxes to save space in stock/handguard, up to M170.
MOSFET V3 – Internal MOSFET for V3 gearboxes to save space in stock/handguard, up to M170.
AR MOSFET – Micro MOSFET III powered directly from T-Dean connector, for V2 trigger contacts, up to M170 spring.
AK MOSFET – Micro MOSFET III powered directly from T-Dean connector, for V3 trigger contacts, up to M170 spring.
Key Features
Power input: Up to 17 V (NiMH 8.4–12 V, LiPo 7.4–14.8 V)
