MOSFET V3 by JeffTron
MOSFET V3 is a professionally designed electronic switch without active braking, placed directly inside the gearbox. It replaces traditional mechanical current switching through trigger contacts. This prevents contact burning, prolonging their lifespan and improves the efficiency of the gun’s electrical circuit. The device increases the rate of fire and extends battery life compared to standard wiring. It is a compact module installed directly on the trigger contact board, ideal for experienced technicians and service shops as installation requires advanced knowledge of AEG replicas.
Types of MOSFET Units by JeffTron
MOSFET II – External unit for springs up to M210.
Micro MOSFET III – Compact external unit for springs up to M170.
AEP MOSFET – Smallest external unit for AEP pistols and SMGs.
MOSFET V2 – Internal unit for gearbox V2, saves space in stock/handguard, for springs up to M170.
MOSFET V3 – Internal unit for gearbox V3, saves space in stock/handguard, for springs up to M170.
AR MOSFET – Based on Micro MOSFET III, powered directly from T-Dean connector, for V2 trigger contacts, up to M170.
AK MOSFET – Based on Micro MOSFET III, powered directly from T-Dean connector, for V3 trigger contacts, up to M170.
