The SSR4 Mk2 from Novritsch is the improved version of the modern AEG SSR4 Mk1 rifle built on the AR15 (M4/16) platform. Comfort is essential for long games, so the SSR4 Mk2 comes with a flat trigger and a beavertail pistol grip for secure handling.Metal outer barrel ends with a standard 14mm CCW thread fitted with a CNC steel flash hider. The hop-up adjustment has also been improved: the dust cover locks magnetically in the rear position, letting you tune the hop-up easily without holding the charging handle. Other features include ambidextrous magazine release, ergonomic fire selector, and anti-rotation pin. The adjustable stock has a rubber buttpad, and the buffer tube features a QD sling mount (not included). Thanks to the QSC quick spring change through the buffer tube, power adjustment is fast and simple.

The rifle features a programmable electronic trigger unit that lets you customize fire modes and set burst, binary trigger, pre-cocking, and more. It works with an adjustable flat trigger where you can fine-tune pre-travel and trigger resistance using a hex key – without disassembling the gun. Internals have been upgraded in a reinforced V2 gearbox. With CNC high-speed 16:1 gears and perfect AoE correction, the gun achieves a deadly rate of fire of about 25 BBs/s on a recommended 11.1V battery.
